What we have are small properties strategically positioned amongst publc lands (Bureau Of Land Management (BLM), US Forest Service, State Parks) to hunt, fish and recreate. These properties serve as a base camp to do the things you love to do.

Our first property we are developing is in Park County Colorado. This property has several great reservoirs. We are less than 8 miles from the "Dream Stream" on the South Platte river which boasts excellent fly fishing.
